| Lance Fegen, previous
co-owner of Zula and formerly of Trevisio, created Glass Wall the restaurant
as homage to his other life as a surfer. The menu, inspired by the
natural lifestyle of coastal regions, is constantly changing & echoes
the connection between the season and the foods we eat. Lance oversees
every aspect of the restaurant from music, to wine, to the food. He
is proud to open the doors on this his first solo venture. |
